At Live by Faith 1:9, every item is made to order with care. Because each garment is produced specifically for your order, please review our policy before purchasing.
Order Changes & Cancellations
Orders may be modified or canceled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this period, production may have already begun and orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items that meet the following conditions:
Item is unworn, unwashed, and unused
Item is free of odors, stains, pet hair, and damage
Item is returned in its original condition
Proof of purchase is provided
Items that do not meet these requirements may not qualify for a refund or exchange.
Exchanges
If you need a different size, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.
Exchanges are subject to product availability and the item must meet all return eligibility requirements listed above.
Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs associated with size exchanges unless the exchange is due to an error on our part.

Products showing signs of wear, washing, alteration, or misuse
Items returned outside the return window

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the status of your refund.
If approved, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Any expedited shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:
The item was received damaged
The item was defective
The wrong item was sent
We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
Local Delivery Orders
Customers using our local delivery service within Carson City, Nevada should inspect their order upon receipt.
Any issues involving damaged, defective, or incorrect items must be reported within 7 days of delivery.

Actual product colors, print placement, sizing, and appearance may vary slightly due to screen settings, lighting conditions, garment manufacturing, and production processes. Minor variations are not considered defects and do not qualify for returns or refunds.
