Order Processing

All orders are made to order and typically require 3–7 business days for production before shipment.

During periods of high demand, production times may be slightly extended. If significant delays occur, we will notify you as soon as possible.

Shipping Rates

We offer simple flat-rate shipping throughout the United States:

  • $7.00 flat-rate shipping for the first item

  • $1.50 for each additional item in the same order

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout.

Shipping Carriers

Orders are shipped via:

  • UPS Ground

  • USPS Ground Advantage

Carrier selection is determined based on destination, package size, and shipping efficiency.

Estimated Delivery Times

Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2–7 business days, depending on location and carrier.

Please note that delivery estimates do not include production time.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the package.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery times and handling are beyond our control. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist in working with the carrier to locate your shipment.

Local Delivery

For customers in Carson City, Nevada, we also offer:

Local Delivery – $5 Flat Rate

  • Monday–Friday

  • Between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM

If no one is available at the delivery address, the order may be left in a secure location at the front door unless otherwise requested.
